Hello @Garf, this updates the documentation from the wiki: https://wiki.videolan.org/VLC_HowTo/Extract_audio_from_a_file/ which is mentioned in #7.

I have added the GUI method for converting using VLC presets and the CLI method as well. I added the CLI method and the table as the presets were limited. Please review.
