This is a breaking change!!!

Only use LibVLCSharp 3.6.1 and above with LibVLC.tvOS 3.3.17 and above.

The binary was renamed in upstream vlckit and the packaging was changed.
Due to this, we no longer use the DynamicTVVLCKit XCode target to generate the final library,
only the regular shell script. This results in a library simply named TVVLCKit, and unlike with iOS
where we can use install_name_tool to workaround the change, it is impossible to do so on tvOS due to bitcode.
