Turkish character problem in dll location

Failed to load required native libraries. Have you installed the latest LibVLC package from nuget for your target platform? Search paths include C:\Users\Administrator\source\repos\Şensoy İpTv\bin\Debug\libvlc\win-x64\libvlc.dll

The problem is solved by deleting the Turkish characters. But this is not a good solution. Please help for this problem.
