Makefile: Do not create multiple directories in one go

/usr/ucb/bin/install on Solaris does not support creating multiple directories in one go, issue multiple install commands instead.

As you didn't create separate branch and didn't give write rights during creating MR (Allow commits from members who can merge to the target branch checkbox) so you need to rebase your patch yourself and add Makefile: prefix to commit message.
