CI: Add lsmash support + Change ffmpeg source

Compile builds with lsmash support for mp4 muxing. And get ffmpeg sources from https://git.ffmpeg.org/ffmpeg.git for debian compilation (instead of using old bootstrap script which used libav instead of ffmpeg).
