Add AQ bias strength parameter

Sometimes, dark areas can get starved but bright areas require a lower AQ strength than what would be necessary to compensate for the dark areas with AQ mode 3. This allows changing the dark bias strength via multiplication of AQ strength in AQ mode 3.
