configure: allow AviSynth check to succeed on *BSD and Haiku

Since AviSynth+ can build/run on *BSD and Haiku, the check should allow enabling it on those OSes as well.

1. Change commit message to: configure: Allow AviSynth+ on *BSD and Haiku
2. Remove LDFLAGSCLI="$AVS_LIBS $LDFLAGSCLI" line
3. Move # the *BSDs and Haiku export dlopen from libc to where LDFLAGSCLI was, and indent it. Also I am not sure if the is needed (but I am not native speaker).
