ARM64EC Support for Windows-on-ARM
Hello x264 community,
My name is Zhaoshi, a software engineer at Qualcomm.
We have an internal use case which requires us to enable ARM64EC build of x264 for Windows-on-ARM. We also changed some neon assembly code in common/aarch64 to accommodate register constraints of ARM64EC.
We'd like to upstream our changes. The first question is: Can we contribute under GPLv2 license, or do we need to sign a CLA?
We also appreciate some pointers on testing and benchmarking the neon asm kernels ported to ARM64EC.
Best regards,
Zhaoshi Zheng
