access: dtv: BDA cleanup

Use classes found in tuner.h and copy some properly generated from unofficial qedit.h.

tuner.h is available in MSVC and in Mingw64 since 2015.

• rename guid_ variables to clsid_ as they are Class IDs.
• remove unused variable
