Drop Qt6 mention from NEWS

Andreas Sturmlechnerrequested to merge
asturm/vlc:3.0.x-NEWS into 3.0.x

It is in fact not possible to build with Qt6 at least as long as !6812 is not done. "News" sites are already picking this up though for the fact that 3.0.22-rc1 was tagged.
