extras/build: wasm: remove c++ postdeps

This is not necessary. Tested buildable with emscripten 3.1.46 and current latest 4.0.13.

Without this patch wasm-shared is not buildable from somewhere around 3.1.64+ (Throwing error -lbulkmemory not found)
