wayland: shm: fix waiting for stray buffer destruction forever

Fatih Uzunoğlu requested to merge fuzun/vlc:shmwaitsforeveronclose into master

With KWin Wayland, the server does not send the release event and this causes waiting forever.

I assume VLC is being faulty here, because it is said that replaced buffers do not receive a release event.
