macosx: Implement playback end view for all video window types

Was previously limited to library window. Now also works for detached video windows.

Part of this was bringing a lot of the state handling for video playback enabled mode back into the video output provider, consolidating these procedures into one class (rather than having this mixed between the windows' internal implementations and the video output provider)
