playlist: Cancel the preparser when an item is removed from the playlist

Gabriel Lafond-Thenaille requested to merge gabriel_lt/vlc:playlist-cancel-preparser into master

Keep track of the vlc_preparser_req_id when parsing an item from the playlist to cancel the preparser when the item is removed from the playlist. And cancel all the preparser entry when the playlist is cleared or deleted.
