Fix MSI packaging

Hugo Beauzée-Luyssen requested to merge chouquette/vlc:fix_msi_packaging into master

This MR is a follow up for !50 (merged)

I'm not sure if we should package README.md as README.txt or README.md.txt (or just keep it as README.md)

However as things stand, we are copying it as README.txt.md and try to package README.md which fails since there's no such file to be packaged.
