Revert "subpictures: scale with the least cropping"

This reverts commit 372e62c0.

This commit broke SPU positioning for this DVD: https://streams.videolan.org/samples/MPEG-VOB/menus%20DVD/Avcd%2023032b

The original intent was to do what the comment suggests, but it seems to suggest wrong.

Plus a bit of optimization.
