test: small fixups when running them from meson

Alexandre Janniaux requested to merge alexandre-janniaux/vlc:meson-deps/1 into master
  • test_init() will setup the VLC_PLUGIN_PATH in a reliably way.
  • the keystore test needs some keystore modules.
