qml: Centerd text in the BannerTabButton

The text content in the nested tabs of the Video Tab, Music Tab, and Discover Tab was shifted towards the right due to redundant space being reserved on the left, even when no icon is present in the tab.
The same right shifting of text occurred in the Toolbar Editor options.
As a new contributor, I have worked on this issue.
