qml: fix no content info twitching in playlist

Fatih Uzunoğlu requested to merge fuzun/vlc:qml/fixplaylistnocontenttwitching into master

Going back and forth between the player and main view, the no content info in the playlist appears and disappears, which looks unpleasant.

In the future, we should explore if it is possible to put the playlist and the controlbar in a higher position in the hierarchy so that they are not deleted and re-created when the view changes.
