qml: purge MultipleBinding.qml, remove workaround

Fatih Uzunoğlu requested to merge fuzun/vlc:qml/purgemultiplebinding into master
  • Qt 5.15 branch now supposed to handle the scroll properly with 5.15.8 (although when I tested it, it was not perfect).
  • Qt 5.12 is soon to be dropped.
  • Qt 6 should be in much better situation that this workaround is not needed.
