Standardize default snapshots folder

Standardized default snapshots folder across all systems. The default folder for screenshots is now consistent across different operating systems, enhancing uniformity and user experience. Users can still customize this in Preferences, but the new default promotes a more intuitive and organized approach for all users.

Resolves issue #27424 (closed).
