bitmapinfoheader chroma handling cleanup

Assuming RGBA (and related) have a mask is bogus. For now the assumption is removed and the code cleaned. But I'm not sure we can/should mux RGB+alpha in AVI as-is.

The code behaves exactly as before since some (removed) test would fail 100% of the time.
