test: fix stream::add prototype

Missing unchanged locations after es_id parameter addition in the commit cfb7f723.

added Component::Test label

added MRStatus::Reviewable label

We need to build the Debian build with -Werror=incompatible-pointer-types, as a few other targets already do.
