package/apple: disable LGPLv3 for iOS

Steve Lhomme requested to merge robUx4/vlc:ios-lgpl2 into master

It will build contribs in LGPLv2 with ad-clause.

This should disable gmp and nettle which are only used as dependencies. But no package requiring them is built for iOS.

It will also disable live555.
