[3.0.x] Fix MRPIS dbus inconsistencies
The CanSeek, CanPause, CanPlay states and the PlaybackStatus were not properly indicated in all cases, leading to weird behavior of OS widgets that offer media player controls based on the MPRIS dbus messages.
