[3.0] contrib: upnp: remove wrong win32 safe wrappers
MR submitted at the same time as !2547 (merged) to allow fastest availability of this patch for the next 3.0.18 release.
Theses wrapper are causing a lot of regressions on windows.
This has been addressed upstream [1]. And is simply reverted for now, waiting for a new release.
