@dfuhrmann although it should not be a problem, this should have been merged only when it reached the Accepted MRStatus, unless there's a rush to push this fix to 3.0.

Hi @robUx4 I am sorry for that, I was assuming the bot disables the merge button in case merge request is not in the correct status yet. Planning for the tag is today (or next monday) thats why I wanted to get it in soon.
