ci_filters: add P010 support

CI filters don't work directly with P010 but the module will use a P010->RGBA GPU converter automatically.

(Not tested with VLC 4.0 because #27101 (closed), but tested with VLC 3.0).

Need to be backported to VLC 3.0.
