Conversion: Resolution Scale by factor does not work in version 2.1.0
Converting a video file to a different resolution does not work if a scale (e.g. 0.5) is selected. The option is not saved and just remains on "Auto". The conversion then creates a video file with the same resolution as the original.
As a workaround, you can enter fixed values for Width and Height. These values are saved and have an effect on the conversion process. While this works, it is inconvenient because of the manual calculations.
This issue was reproduced today with these versions: vlc-2.1.1-20131023-0215-win32.exe vlc-2.2.0-git-20131013-0403-win64.exe vlc-2.2.0-git-20131020-0013-win32.exe
The last version where scaling by factor still worked was release 2.0.8.
