VLC sporadically crashes on stop or exit with DXVA enabled

Tested both f4v and mkv files with H.264 video.

Running VLC 2.1.0 on 64-bit Windows 7. Intel HD Graphics 4000.

With DXVA acceleration enabled, VLC will sometimes crash when I click Stop or exit the program. I don't know how to reliably reproduce it but it does occur often. Crash appears to occur when unloading avcodec module. Debug output and screenshot will be attached.

The crash can be reproduced by opening VLC with WinDbg file -> open executable, which enables heap debugging aids like fill patterns.

VLC will always crash with EIP feeefeee, which means that the instruction pointer was loaded from freed memory (feeefeee is the fill pattern of freed memory).

The crash should be considered exploitable.
