Video does not resize with HTTP interface

When starting the HTTP interface using the following command line, the video does not resize to 1920*1080, it instead plays in its native size:

"C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" -I http --http-port 4270 --no-video-title-show --no-video-deco --no-embedded-video --video-x="0" --video-y="0" --width="1920" --height="1080" --http-password test

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
