Old visuallization vout not released when changing visualization module.

To reproduce with the Qt interface:

• Start audio playback.
• Enable the "Spectrometer" visualization.
• Enable the "3D spectrum" visualization.

The vout of the "Spectrometer" visualization ("visual" module) has not been released. It is still embedded in the Qt interface. The vout of the "3D spectrum" visualization has therefore been created detached from the Qt interface.

The same problem arises with the "projectm" visualization module.

Yes. Confirmed with 2.1.0 and the "projectm" visualization module.
