MAC : pressing cmd-F while window resizes to fullscreen breaks gui

MAC 10.8.3 VLC 2.0.6 and VLC 2.1.0

steps to reproduce:

1.start vlc and resize it to a quarter of the screen (to have enough time to execute following steps) 2. press cmd-f 3. while resizing press cmd-f again

result : the screen doesn't resize to original size(quarter of screen) and gui is broken

expected: should resize to original size and gui should be intact

When searching for fullscreen and resizing I didn't find that one. The ui glitch will probably be fixed with #8074 (closed) then.
