2.1 regression: no sound or sound comes a few seconds after start playing (Linux Jack)

The latest "no issue" vlc-nighly I use is 20130405. After, Jack VLC connections are not made, so no sound, or it takes 3-5 seconds to connect.

Using Qjackctl with a patchbay, and jack2-dbus package.

Ok I can reproduce this problem but only when I set the frames per period to 4096.

I believe the problem is in the code for Flush(), if I remove all the disconnect/deactivate and connect/activate code I don't have this issue, unfortunately this means that the ringbuffer might be reset while the process callback is reading it (jack_ringbuffer_reset is not threadsafe).

jack: don't deactivate/activate client in Flush()

Suspending audio processing in Flush() was breaking playback
for larger values of frames per period. Fixes [#8551](https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc/-/issues/8551)
