Fullscreen panel still visible too often

i.e. it is displayed over a non-video window sometimes.

This is most likely reproducable when putting both main window and detached video window in lion fullscreen mode. Swiping from fullscreen window with visible fspanel to playlist window results in display of half-transparent and frozen fspanel.

macosx: try to correctly hide fspanel
