Change name of "Reset VLC media player preferences and cache files" menu shortcut

I guess one very rarely launches VLC player through the Windows start menu, but when we do, it'll probably be by typing "vlc" in the quick search, and then it's very easy to hit "reset preferences" by mistake :-$

I, for one, would just remove either "vlc" or "vlc media player" from name, or rewrite it like "VLC media player - reset preferences and cache files" so it at least shows below in the list. (Yeah, I realize this won't be a unanimity and yet requires non-trivial - translation - effort...)
