VLC shows incorrect length/duration for a MPEG file

VLC fails to display the correct length/duration for a specific MPEG file. The correct length is 10:00, but VLC shows 4:48 instead.

Bug verified in VLC 2.0.5 and 2.1.0-git.

Windows Media Player 12 and MPlayer both show the correct time.
