% sign in Filenames causes video clip extract to fail

If the video being played contains a "%" anywhere in the file name, the advanced feature video clip creation (where an extract is written to My Videos" either fails whilst teh clip is being created, or when the "stop" button is pressed.

Very easy work-around - simply take out the %.

So lowest priority

This feature has broken far too many scripts and code as it fails the
principle of least surprise.
