DVD ISO Image: No audio and navigation when file extention is not ".ISO"

VLC (VLC media player 2.0.2 Twoflower) on Win 7/64 bit English

• cannot navigate through the DVD menu
• has no audio output (except MPEG 2 Audio 2 ???)

when the file extention of a ISO file is changed

• from the default extention ISO
• to DVD-ISO, Video-ISO, XISO, IMAGE, AVI, MOV, MP3, MKV, ...

My configuration:

• ISO files => virtual clone drive
• DVD-ISO files => vlc.exe
• BRD-ISO files => self written application calling other applications ...

"Metropolis (1926).ISO" plays, but not "Metropolis (1926).DVD-ISO".

dvdnav: check ISO 9660 volume descriptor unique identifier

And drop the lame file extension checks. This should fix [#7661](https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc/-/issues/7661).
