New hotkey preferences widget

An array of key controls, with ability to easily setup a given hotkey by pressing it, and with automatic duplication check

Currently, in the wxWidgets preferences, we can associate a key to each possible action. As a consequence, the same key can be used for 2 different actions, and it is impossible to bind 2 keys for the same actions. Obviously, it should be the contrary...

Also, it would be great to have a "Capture" button, detecting automatically the next key (possibly with modifiers) pressed and binding it to the action.
