UPnP support in VLC-Android

Use case:

it can't seem to find my nas to play files off it

added Type::feature label

changed milestone to %Features paradize

Support being a control point (to be able to project videos to the "smart" TV) and media renderer (to play back stuff from the NAS).

As workaround, you can use Yaacc (available from f-droid) to play back UPnP resources on your android. It'll then fire up VLC as the local renderer.
