no audio/video in transcode after clock gap in input

With an MPEG2 udp/ts input and realtime transcode/livestream to for instance div3/mp3 or h264/mp3 as soon as there's a clock gap on the input from then on there will be no more audio/video in the output (no automatic recovery possible).

occurs less often with the clock patch but the problem is still reproducable

Does this actually work with 0.8.6 though?

This affected the previous release, and two years later, nobody has bothered to fix it. Time out.
