ALAC decoding broken for some Quicktime files

Some QuickTime files (those with qt3+ sound atoms) have an unusual amount of extradata.

The decoder expects 36 bytes, we are sending 72 bytes of extradata.

The problem only is for qt3+ sound atoms. which use the V1 Sounddescription....
