Mac OS X - Video Filter names don't match in Preferences

Video filters such as Swscale don't match the activating checkbox which is "Video scaling filter" which can be confusing especially since there's antother "Video scaling filter" lower in the list that matches with "Cropadd". These should match to a unique name or acitvations should be moved to the same panels as their filter settings so there's no disconnection between changing a setting and not realizing you actually need to enable the filter since that's in another location.

Fixed by latest rework of module list config control.
