NIT of a DVB streams contain additionnal data (currently playing, next, ...)

Current/Next is stored in EIT and we allready get those. NIT is only useful to find which other frequencies there are transponders on, so only useful for scanning apps. Would be a lot more constructive to add parser support for channel lists from other scan apps than to add a dvb scanner to vlc.

that would be useful if founded transponders can be added to playlist with all services as (-)children of particular tranponder...
