Lua http intf broken on win32 builds

The lua http intf can't serve png images on win32

Sends a truncated image: Content-Length: 5

What is the status on OSX?

Only for PNG files, or for all images? This reminds me of a problem in Perl and FTP where it was serving binary files incorrectly in Windows, you needed to set a binmode flag.
