Resolve HTTP-served files dynamically
The HTTP interface plugin should resolve files whenever an HTTP request is received rather than at load time. That would :
- be times more practical when debugging custom websites,
- prevent the costly, and possibly very long, file system recursion (see also #375 (closed) though http has some path size limit protection),
- possibly save a lot of memory,
- allow dynamic access-control.
However, both the httpd core and interface needs to be heavily modified to accept unregistered path to be handled in a way that is different from returning a 404 error (to be checked).
