VLC keeps rebuilding font cache

VLC keeps rebuilding font cache every time it is run. It should do it once only.

This happens on a fresh Windows 7 x86 install.

Actually, it seems that my report is invalid. What tricked me into thinking it was a bug was the fact that VLC rebuilt the font cache 3 times. Now when I think about it, my fonts probably did change during that time (I was installing other software), so VLC's behaviour is probably normal. Now that I'm not installing anything anymore, VLC stopped rebuilding the cache.
