Unexpected behavior on .m3u or .pls open
When first opening a .m3u or .pls file pointing to an online stream (webradio for example), VLC opens and plays this stream as expected.
Then, while keeping playing stream opened previously, trying to open another .m3u or .pls file pointing to another online stream, VLC reconnects to the previously opened stream instead of opening the new stream pointed in the last .m3u or .pls file.
Having a look to the playlist, .m3u or .pls double-clicked (from desktop for example) or opened via "Media/open a file..." is queued in the playlist. The playlist is replayed from start.
This behaviour is not reproduced when opening a local media file (ie. wav, mp3, wma files on the computer): even if the media remains queued to the playlist, the playlist is not replayed from first element but from last element (the one just added).
