OpenBSD/powerpc AltiVec detection support.

The following diff for VLC 1.0.6 adds AltiVec detection support for OpenBSD/powerpc. This also applies to VLC 1.1.x and trunk.

Could you share a git formatted patches (so you don't loose the copyright on this commit) ?

I don't understand why you don't simply replace:

#   if defined(__APPLE__)

with:

#   if defined(__APPLE__) || defined(__OpenBSD__)

I was trying to not turn it into an ifdef mess which it looks like if I do it like that.

Finally figured out how to use format-patch. Here is a diff against head or trunk or whatever the correct term is. :P
